To foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the digital realm through the lens of Gen Z

What We Do

As members of Generation Z, we are digital natives. Growing bias in DEI influences our thoughts and behaviors. Social media safety becomes an issue that motivates us to conduct research papers, build up an AI tool to detect bias in digital space and provide workshops striving for a more equitable and informed online environment.

Seminar at Carnegie Mellon University

Beatrice and Daryl showcased a word cloud generator during the seminar, and the words provided by the participants to define men and women closely aligned with the results of our research paper surveys

Current Research

Are there differences between Gen Z and other generations in bias related to gender, race, and income?

Workshop

We provide workshops that showcase our AI models and their potential to mitigate bias in social media and Internet usage. During these sessions, we also engage with participants to discuss various topics including online misinformation, and use social media effectively. Our goal is to collaboratively brainstorm solutions for fostering a safe and responsible online community,
